Join the Customer Payments Support team! As an IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for playing a key role managing a team of support associates for the Publix in-store and eCommerce payment solutions. You will be interacting with cross-functional enterprise teams and business partners to support and improve the solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for the personnel administration, task administration, and status reporting for the team.

Please note, this is a hybrid position requiring 8 days per month on-site in Lakeland, FL
Responsibilities:

• Manage application support for digital In-Store Payment applications.
• Manage application support for custom eCommerce solution applications.
• Provide oversight of the application support processes to ensure timely defect resolution and appropriate escalation of system issues.
• Provide communication and escalation to IT and business area management on critical incidents and problems.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Development, Engineering, Security, and other support teams to ensure execution of the overall payment?s strategy.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and standards for various platforms and applications.
• Foster and maintain good working relationships with business area representatives to remain in sync on direction and future development and support requests.
• Perform human resource management duties, including hiring, training, performance monitoring and improvement, career counseling, pay reviews, promotions, terminations, and work prioritization for assigned associates.
• Facilitate the creation of a team environment.
• Provide on-call escalation support after hours.

• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business, or other analytical disciplines or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of IT experience, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale integrated solutions.
• 5 years of leadership experience in which one or more of the following occurred:

• Demonstrated leadership in IT project management; experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors; ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives.
• Successfully supported or developed and implemented applications in new computing architecture environments, using new and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidiscipline, high-performance work teams.
• Developed efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

• Experience supporting large scale applications within a 24/7 environment.
• Experience and knowledge of problem management, change management, and other information systems processes.
• Experience with human resource management, including knowledge of team dynamics, team building concepts, and human resource policies.
• Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work and commitment to Publix and our mission.

• 10 years of IT experience, including support and maintenance or development of large-scale integrated solutions.
• Experience with supporting and developing high volume, mission-critical applications with .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL
• Experience with modern systems architecture including Windows, Azure, API driven integrations, and/or microservices.
• Strong technical understanding of middleware components
• Experience with Point-of-Sale systems
• Experience with Kanban, SCRUM, or other Agile methods
• Experience with responsive web application design and development
• Experience with Splunk
• Strong technical understanding of IIS and other middleware components
• Knowledge of EFT Payment Processing
• Knowledge of PCI rules and regulations
• Ability to work concurrently on multiple assignments with similar deadlines.
• Must have strong collaboration and customer service skills with a desire to work collaboratively with numerous Architecture, Application, Engineering, and Security teams.
