About The Role As our Senior Manager, IT and Compliance, you will have the opportunity to make important contributions to all of our systems that team members interact with daily. You'll lead the charge in merging technology with regulatory standards, demonstrating both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement. Responsibilities encompass developing IT policies, integrating compliance tools, and meticulously documenting operations. You will spearhead projects, from risk assessments to compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. While dedicating yourself to excellent technical work, you'll also lead by example, inspiring excellence and continuous improvement to the whole team. Expect to work with cross-functional teams, conduct audits, and coordinate with departments to meet compliance goals.
