We pride ourselves on combining the energetic atmosphere of a startup company with the stability and experience of a global leader.Job DescriptionThe Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day media communications for designated brands, ensuring precise budget management and seamless digital media operations. Integral to this role is the cultivation of a deep understanding of client businesses, utilizing online media expertise to effectively meet client objectives. Collaborating closely with Managers, you will contribute to crafting and communicating comprehensive media strategies. Additionally, you will provide guidance, supervision, and priority alignment for fellow Associates. We are passionate about delivering exceptional work while fostering a supportive and enjoyable work environment.Role Objectives:Assist the manager in development of digital media plan options and recommendationsMaintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update client on timeline/consistent basisDemonstrate strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development, and communication goals (reach/frequency)Demonstrate proficiency with systems/tools (MRI, Media Tools, ComScore)Gather and analyze appropriate research to provide sound, strategic, consumer insights-driven digital media recommendationsEstablish collaborative, productive working relationship with partner agencies (where/when applicable), helping create a seamless communications processDemonstrate creativity and agility when problem solvingDelivering POVs/position papers on key client issues and/or client opportunitiesPrepare media authorizations per approved plans/project requestsQualifications1 years of Media Planning experience, Media Tools knowledge is a mustFamiliarity with Competitive systems (AdViews/Kantar)Working knowledge of Syndicated research tools (eg. MRI, Comscore, etc.)strong proficiency within ExcelStrong communication and presentation skills, professional, with strong teamwork skillsCurious and motivated, solution-oriented problem solverAdept at time management and handling shifting prioritiesAdditional InformationCompensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
