It is by exercising those values that we produce an environment that supports our people and our clients.Job DescriptionAs a Client Operations Coordinator at Saatchi & Saatchi, you will support the workflow of process and project initiatives to meet deadlines and serve as a project manager. An ideal candidate will have internship experience in an ad agency, or some work experience in marketing, customer service, or other related field requiring the use of interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.We currently maintain a hybrid work policy under which you will be required to work in-office three days per week and may work remotely the other two days each week. Please note the Company’s policy on in-office attendance is subject to change at any time.While the Client Operations Coordinator role is primarily internal facing, participation in client meetings and direct client communication may be required.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage projects or elements of projects from brief through delivery by driving team decision-making and ensuring key internal touchpoints and communications occur across Creative, Media, Strategy, Data Science, Analytics and Production.Consistent oversight of and adherence to agency processes, efficiencies, and resource documentation with the goal to keep process and templates rather consistent.Coordinate internal discussions designed to foster collaboration across departments, as well as provide support on key project tasks, including monitoring workback calendars and schedules, updating status sheets, sending out weekly hot sheets, and maintaining project file organization.Support across the Client Operations team and PMO group by performing tasks such as the following: managing team lists, organizing files, pulling project status reports, sending reminders, updating templates and process documents, gathering information from team members, updating project and asset trackers, and fulfilling Smartsheet project requests.Support continuous improvement by gathering data/learnings across projects, helping set up reports/dashboards, and analyzing for trends.Setting of internal reviews and supporting note taking, especially to ensure all teams are up-to-speed rapidly, is also a critical part of the role.QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with the following background and capabilities:While this role is entry level, it’s preferred that the candidate have internship experience in an ad agency, or some work experience in marketing, customer service, or other related field.Experience requiring interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.Participation on a team(s) (even in a non-working environment) requiring heavy communication, teamwork, and leadership.Understand and articulate business reasons behind tasks and processes.Some knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of social media platforms.We prioritize attributes and soft skills, including:Maintain focus under pressure, keep a positive and collaborative, yet confident demeanor and quickly facilitate others’ involvement when necessary.Taking the initiative to jump in and willingly help on a variety of tasks, while proactively checking in with manager and maintaining a curiosity and desire to learn.Communicate internally and externally, across multiple levels, with clarity, honesty and integrity while demonstrating exceptional verbal and on-screen presentation skills.Curious, proactive, and forward-thinking. Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Recognizes when to seek advice and guidance from their peers, understanding the value of collaboration and support in decision-making processes.Desire to remain current in industry topics by seeking constant learning opportunities and improvement.Ability to work autonomously to tackle problems and generate solutions proactively.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Compensation Range: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
