Celebrated by Ad Age as Data and Insights Agency of the Year, U.S Campaign’s Brand Experience Agency of the Year, Media Network of the Year and celebrated by Forrester and Gartner, Digitas serves the world’s leading brands through a global network comprised of more than 5,500 employees across over 65 offices in 43 countries.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Proactively determine where and how in-depth insight about the consumer’s attitude and behavior can help make the client’s marketing more successfulIdentify relevant marketing program implicationsDrive insight into the company new business processTranslate existing customer insights into relevant marketing program implicationsApply innovative research and listening methodologies to create relevant, breakthrough customer insightsPartner with our cutting-edge primary researchers, internal analysis group and client data/research organizations to maximize their work’s customer insightsApply the Digitas Active Branding approach to marketing program developmentLead team brainstorms that efficiently produce breakthrough insightsCreate demand for account planning’s contribution by demonstrating its impact QualificationsTo qualify, you’ll need:Four year degree (thinking/writing intensive discipline Master’s preferred)7-9 years of experience in marketing and/or strategic services organizations such as an advertising agency account planning department, brand consultancy, consulting firm or large strategic planning groupQualitative research expertise applying innovative qualitative research techniquesFamiliarity with interpreting and applying quantitative researchAbility to discern customer insight and “human truth” from mounds of dataPassion and empathy for the customer’s perspectiveAbility to challenge the team to uncover “what’s in it for the customer”Exceptional writing and communication skillsAbility to quickly gain the trust of clients and internal team members at all levelsRelevant web experienceCandidate must be open to travel as neededAdditional InformationDigitas is an equal opportunity employer.
