Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is the most important measure of success. You continually review and optimize results for every piece of creative work your team produces.
The role Creative Director is a Copywriter role that requires experience with both copywriting or art direction. You should have at least ten or more years of experience in a fulling integrated agency.

Compensation Range: $121,000 - $204,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
