DIVISION - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY AND RISK MANAGEMENT
POSITION TYPE - This position is eligible for telecommuting up to five (5) days a week.
The Executive Director's division is comprised of the following departments: Communications, Critical Infrastructure Security and Risk Management (CISRM), and Governmental Relations.
Critical Infrastructure Security and Risk Management (CISRM) collaborates with utilities to ensure that cyber and physical security best business practices are utilized, provides emergency management assistance and coordination, and connects utilities to available state and federal resources.
CISRM is seeking an Emergency Management Program Coordinator with a strong initiative who has a desire to work in the utility regulatory industry and would like to expand their knowledge, skills and experience performing complex to advanced emergency management coordination work in the Critical Infrastructure Security and Risk Management (CISRM) section. Work involves coordinating emergency management, homeland security, and public safety activities as well as providing technical assistance to program staff, governmental agencies, community organizations, and the public.
The ideal candidate will have the following required minimum qualifications:
Emergency Program Management Coordinator II
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in management, planning, public administration, or emergency management. Experience in a position involving utilities, emergency management, homeland security, public safety may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
Emergency Program Management Coordinator III
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in management, planning, public administration, or emergency management and a minimum of one (1) year full-time experience in a position involving utilities, emergency management, homeland security, public safety.Additional experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
Emergency Program Management Coordinator IV
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in management, planning, public administration, or emergency management and a minimum of two (2) years full-time experience in a position involving utilities, emergency management, homeland security, public safety.Additional experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
