Position Summary
The Product Designer (PD) collaborates with the Director of Technology, Senior Project Manager and Full Stack Engineers. Together they form an empowered cross-functional product team. The team solves customer and business problems by exploring the problem, ideating on solutions, gathering evidence, running experiments, evaluating ideas, delivering, iterating and following through to adoption. The PD will help the team balance product decisions through a trade-off between value, usability, feasibility and viability. The PD is primarily responsible for the usability of all custom software solutions.
