Position Summary: The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area at all times
• Follow proper safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Assist in other kitchen duties as needed, such as preparing ingredients or cleaning equipment
• Restock supplies as needed and report any equipment issues to the kitchen manager

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen role is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Candidate must be available nights and weekends.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
