Job Posting Summary

At PCG, we see design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires Solutions that Matter. We are looking for a talented Production Coordinator who can meet deadlines work in templates, with a basic knowledge of design and formatting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of current design software, support internal sales teams by using templates to format proposals, and other print and digital assets. They will work with other designers to set production timelines and produce printed materials. This would include coordinating with print vendors, reviewing and approving proofs, and troubleshooting preflight file formatting. The Production Coordinator also creates basic charts, graphics, and PowerPoint layouts.

Job Description

The Production Coordinator has a basic knowledge of design and formatting using Adobe design software.

They support internal sales teams by using templates to format proposals, and other print and digital assets.

They work with other designers to set production timelines and produce printed materials. This would include coordinating with print vendors, reviewing and approving proofs, and troubleshooting preflight file formatting.

The Production Coordinator also creates basic charts, graphics, and PowerPoint layouts.

  • Process requests quickly and efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Communicate efficiently
  • A keen eye for details.
  • Interpret and consistently uphold related brand and style guidelines.
  • Ensure completed projects meet quality standards
  • Monitor printing systems to insure up times
  • Basic Knowledge of PowerPoint

Qualifications

Education:  Associate degree, certificate in Graphic Design or equivalent

Experience:  0 to 2 years of experience

Software: Proficiency with Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and Illustrator)

Portfolio:  Sample of work or school portfolio, preferably digitized.

This position is a remote, work from home position. PCG is a remote-friendly organization and is committed to creating a culture where remote work remains a vital part of the company’s success. To be successful in a remote work role at PCG, you must:

Some travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc.

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $45,000-50,000 and a potential discretionary bonus of up to 10%.

In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
