Job Details:

1. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

2. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing/training team members; planning, assigning, directing, and delegating work; appraising performance; and disciplining team members.

3. 10-12 years of directly related experience in Wood Truss Manufacturing or the lumber and building materials industry with multiple assignments in all phases of the business.

4. Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, and inventory processes/management.

5. Strong team building, consensus building, decision-making, people management, and organizational skills.

6. English & Spanish preferred, ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, trade journals, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints of customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

7. Ability to apply concepts such as fraction, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations, calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions percentages, area, circumference, volume, apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
