JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Draft essential heritage electrical drawings, instrumentation drawings, schematics, plot plans and P&ID diagrams using AutoCAD or similar software as directed by design supervisor.
* Integrate all heritage discipline documentation using script batch software as per company standards.
* Manage archive drawing files as directed by Document Coordinator.
* Provide support to other team members as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including PHA, Arc Flash Study packages, electrical specifications, and drawings.
* As built redlines and update Document Management System files and transmittals.
* Coordinate MOC drafting as per asset engineer revisions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* AAS Degree or 2 years of equivalent craft / designer work.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical design or a related role.
* Proficient in the use of 2D AutoCAD and Microstation. (3D AutoCAD preferred.)
* Knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards.
* Knowledge and application of company engineering design and ISA and company CAD drafting standards.
* Basic computer/PC skills
* Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Microstation V8i Knowledge
* CADWorx Plant Knowledge
* Falcon DMS Knowledge
* MOC Management Software Knowledge
* SAP Knowledge
* Piping and structural drafting
