As a Senior Living Physical Therapist, you are part of a team who works together to maximize outcomes for patients through creative, hospitable, evidence-based care.

- Demonstrate a desire to positively connect with people
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
- Perform in home treatment, as required, and participate in wellness programming within the Senior Living community.

EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- State licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
Salary range for this position is $45 - $48 / hour
