Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electronics TEST Technician to join our team. As an Electronics

Duties:

• Production Line testing of electronic products including Battery Chargers, Power Supplies, DC-DC Converters, Electrical Panels, etc.
• Test complete units, assemblies or PCBs according to the corresponding written Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP).
• Troubleshoot to the component level and repair non-conforming product.
• Complete written Test Reports and submit it to the Production/QC Manager at the end of each shift or completion of a work order.
• Read all routing notes on the work order traveler at the beginning of each work order to ensure all instructions are followed.
• Perform a thorough inspection of each unit, PCB or subassembly prior to testing.
• Perform incoming tests for the product received from outside vendors.
• Maintain an organized work bench to ensure a clean and safe working area.
• Follows all safety rules that have been implemented by the company at all times and reports any unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor.
• Report any manufacturing defects to the assistance production supervisor so that the errors can be corrected in a timely manner.
• Acquires parts from the stockroom, when needed, to troubleshoot and repair any defective PCB’s, assemblies or units.
• Able to use the ATE machine to test product
• Reports any unusual problems that occur during testing.

Skills:

MUST HAVE EXP WITH (Battery Chargers, Power Supplies, DC-DC Converters and Low Voltage Disconnect products) and job duties would be slightly different.

- Experience with test automation equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools for fabrication and assembly
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Excellent attention to detail for quality inspection purposes
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and repairs

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
