Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications from our software products.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our reporting products.
- Own development of Tableau reports and dashboards for our customers.
- Create definitions of new metrics to gauge performance and enhance existing data
- Provide Tableau support and troubleshooting to our customers
- Write and execute SQL and excel analysis to support ad hoc analyses
- Support efforts to capture new data elements from applications
- Support discussions with ETL coding team and provide feedback and expertise while testing out new data sources
- Build relationships with Development teams and foster croswetgwedsgvasdcaqshvdjwyhsdvyjadbxuADBXKjabdxkasjbcxajgciuDHCDIUASHCBASKJSCB AKJXCBKHVASXGVJH
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, e.g. AWS, Azure, Google cloud, etc.
- Advanced/Expert Experience with Tableau Desktop and Server
- Intermediate Experience and knowledge with SQL
- Data analytics experience
- Familiarity with incident management and resolution processes is a plus
- Experience with Tableau software, including report development and dashboard creation
- Solid understanding of Tableau and ETL processes.
