Community Case Manager – South Portland Office - $1,750 Sign-on Bonus
PSL Services/STRIVE provides a community of support and assistance to people with intellectual disabilities or mental health diagnosis who experience challenges seeking greater independence.
We are currently seeking multiple full-time Community Case Managers to grow our Community Case Management Program, located in our South Portland offices. We are offering a $1,750 sign-on bonus for the successful applicant!
What We Offer You:
The Case Management program at PSL Services/STRIVE offers many services to individuals with disabilities. The program seeks to connect individuals with their communities so that they may live as independently as possible.
The starting pay rate for this position is $22.42/hr for qualified applicants with a Bachelor's degree, and $23.42 for a Master's degree.
