```Duties```

- The Driver’s Helper will assist in all aspects of the delivery process with the exception of driving the

company vehicle. They will assist the driver wherever necessary (loading, unloading, ground guide,

processing paperwork, etc.). The driver’s helper will be expected to interact with customers in a

professional manner.

Scope of the Position:

Driver Helpers are based at the Huntsville site, but travel daily to make regional deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities expected of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Assisting drivers in loading and unloading doors, windows, and building materials

? Reading orders/paperwork and identifying load errors

? Providing excellent customer service

Position Qualifications:

? Strong problem-solving skills

? Strong customer service skills

Education and Experience:

? High school diploma or equivalent

.Physical Requirements:

? Must be able to perform physical labor to include loading, unloading, and securing heavy loads.

? Heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, walking and standing are required for this

position. Weights range from 25 lbs. to 200 lbs. plus.

? Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions caused by the weather.

You will be expected to follow any other job related instructions and to perform other job related duties as

requested by management.
