Job Summary:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems and components. Leveraging your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and creativity, you will contribute to the conception and implementation of innovative solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of electrical principles, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Lead or contribute to the design and development of electrical systems, components, and products from concept to completion.
Circuit Analysis: Conduct thorough circuit analysis, simulation, and testing to ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of electrical designs.
Prototyping: Build and test prototypes, evaluating and refining designs based on performance and test results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and optimize designs.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including schematics, technical specifications, and design records. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Project Management: Manage and coordinate electrical engineering projects, including setting milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems into comprehensive solutions.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical issues during development, testing, and production phases. Provide support for product-related technical challenges.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations. Stay abreast of industry advancements and incorporate best practices into designs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in electrical design, analysis, and testing.
Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
Strong knowledge of electrical principles, circuit analysis, and power systems.
Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
