ENERGY LEADER SEARCHING FOR A HYBRID (ONSITE/REMOTE) IT INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT!!!
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Columbus, Ohio for the hybrid position. They must also possess all of the skills below for consideration.
Requirement:
5 years experience in role with:
•Demonstrated experience in Infrastructure architecture with the ability to clearly formulate end-to-end hosting environment technical plans in accordance with Customer's requirements
•Experience in IT systems architecture/ systems design, development, and maintenance of large-scale systems preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms and/or business unit management experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of large-scale systems
•Familiarity with architecture frameworks and standards such as TOGAF, Zachman etc.
•Experience working with a variety of infrastructure and security domains e.g. Data center, Network, End user, Hosting, Service Management etc.
•Demonstrated customer service, communications and leadership skills
•Knowledge of information technology and associated methods and tools used to attain project/business unit objectives
•Basic knowledge of the PMI process groups (initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing) and current Project Management methodologies
•Demonstrated technical skills in the applicable technical domain for the delivery of the Services
•Working knowledge of enterprise architecture principals
•Working knowledge of infrastructure design and enterprise level solutions
•Experience in the evaluation and selection of Software and Equipment components of the Infrastructure
•Knowledge of industry best practices in modeling, simulation, and testing
Must be considered a SME in 2 or more skills:

Prefer to have
•ITIL v3 or v4 a plus
A Infrastructure Architect will:
•Ensure that the relevant requirements are clearly allocated to the business-oriented subsystems, and provide clear definitions of the scope and boundaries of each of the business-oriented subsystems
•Participate in reviews and provide guidance to ensure that the architecture blueprint is followed
•Participate in strategic architecture technology planning sessions with management
•Analyze system requirements and recommend alternative technologies and improvements
•Lead design and review of new systems
•Create technical design documents
