The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Learning Management System Administrator , working in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products industry in 2525 Dupont Drive, Irvine, California, 92612, United States .
- Support the day-to-day activities related to the activities related to processes and governance of Learning Management System(s) (LMS).
- Perform activities that support compliance with the applicable policies and processes.
- Creation of training matrices; creation and assignment of training profiles; managing learning content within the system; creating and running applicable reports.
- Special projects and assignments may be given as required.
- Conduct work activities in compliance with all relevant regulations, ICH, PhRMA, CFR and ISO guidelines as well as all company policies, and procedures. Company policies include compliance with ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements and objectives.

Experience Required for Your Success
- At least 2 years experience directly related to management of systems and processes in a regulated environment, preferably supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or device development activities
- 2 years experience with direct responsibility for developing, maintaining, and managing LMS systems activities
- Knowledge of learning management systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands successfully
- Ability to work successfully as part of global teams
- Good understanding of Good Clinical Practices, ICH guidelines, PhRMA code, FDA CFR, ISO, clinical research ethics, HIPAA and patient privacy laws, EU Directive and other applicable local regulations
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
