Malone's Staffing Specialists are responsible for interfacing with customers to determine staffing needs for light industrial and skilled opportunities. Staffing Specialists recruit and screen applicants to determine skill and proper fit for our clients. The Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interview and screen candidates for current and future job openings
  • Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
  • Verify past employment of candidates
  • Respond to employee and customer inquiries
  • Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
  • Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership
  • Consistently meet KPI expectations 

 The Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years customer service experience 
  • Must have at least 1 year sales experience 
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Experience working in the staffing industry, HR or recruitment is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
  • Strong computer skills- especially with Microsoft Office 
  • Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and occasional weekend
