Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Customer and Supplier Quality Tracking.
- Assist in completion of 8D investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Support Document Control System in accordance to Quality Manual and ISO 9001 Standard Requirements.
- Create and implement changes to improve current processes and reduce costs.
- Monitor production and quality processes.
- Read and interpret Blueprints to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production staff to achieve most efficient and accurate quality assessments.
- Support internal audit process.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, 5-S).
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to properly use Measurement Devices, such as Tape Measures & Calipers
- Ability to Multi-task & Prioritize
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written.
- Detail-oriented.
- Must submit to a Drug Screening and Background Check.
