PSC Industries is Hiring a Quality Technician Near Indianapolis, IN

PSC Industries is currently looking to hire a Quality Technician in Indianapolis, IN.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Support Customer and Supplier Quality Tracking.
  • Assist in completion of 8D investigations and corrective action implementation. 
  • Support Document Control System in accordance to Quality Manual and ISO 9001 Standard Requirements. 
  • Create and implement changes to improve current processes and reduce costs. 
  • Monitor production and quality processes. 
  • Read and interpret Blueprints to ensure parts meet customer requirements. 
  • Collaborate with production staff to achieve most efficient and accurate quality assessments. 
  • Support internal audit process. 
Requirements and Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, 5-S). 
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to properly use Measurement Devices, such as Tape Measures & Calipers 
  • Ability to Multi-task & Prioritize 
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written. 
  • Detail-oriented. 
  • Must submit to a Drug Screening and Background Check.
