Work Schedule: 
Pay Range: Starting at $22.00 with opportunity for advancement
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures employees have the knowledge, training, tools, and equipment to perform their job accurately, efficiently, promptly and safely.
• Directly participates in safety meetings and overall training initiatives to model appropriate behavior for our field employees.
• Performs safety observations in the field to establish high visibility with employees and the customer.
• Ensures that training is being conducted in alignment with PSC and the customer's best practices.
• Ensures positive recognition is occurring for good performance and provides one-on-one coaching to employees.
• Review area procedures for accuracy, redline and properly communicate to PSC and customer leadership to make the proper changes.
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in a lead position (e.g. leadman, team leader, foreman, supervisor, etc.).
• Industrial experience is a plus but not required.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
