Your Role We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee the initiation, planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout for various projects. The Project Manager will oversee project scope objectives, implement industry best practices, and drive successful project completion. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent collaboration, leadership, and technical skills.
- Develop effective project execution plans, ensuring plans and objectives are on time and within budget.
- Create, monitor, track, and manage budget, cost forecasts, estimates, accrual reporting, and execute projects accordingly.
- Create detailed scheduling plans.
- Ensure on-going quality and compliance. Facilitate change management, perform risk analyses, impact assessments, etc. Inspect and test all work for quality assurance and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Coordinate alignment of all design specifications and commissioning and qualification objectives.
- Schedule, facilitate, and lead meetings as required, recording meeting minutes, and organizing and attending field walk throughs.
- Generate variance logs, issues logs, lessons learned reports, and permit tracking.
- Maintain and oversee all required project documentation and reporting. Ensure quality and compliance; evaluate design deliverables for quality, consistency, and user expectations.
- Coordinate site and field activities with contractors.
- Develop requests for proposals as needed.
- Support procurement activity and change order requests.
- Coordinate technical specification requirements including equipment drawings, turnover packages, and so on.
- Coordinate user requirements, quality needs assessments, and qualification master plan development.
- Provide regular communication on project updates, risks, schedule, budget, and progress to stakeholders and project teams.
- Additional responsibilities as required to drive project success.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- 5 years of proven success in project management role.
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite including creating spreadsheets, data formulas, pivot tables, charts, and so on.
- Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of engineering specifications, technical documentation, design processes, and risk management.
- Advanced understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
- Strong background in commissioning, qualification, and validation processes and methods.
- Ability to prioritize work based on criticality, and new and changing elements.
- Experienced with project management information systems.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Construction management experience is a plus.

Estimated Annual Salary (dependent on experience) $95,000 - $150,000.
