This entails comprehending the capabilities of the equipment, ensuring compatibility with product specifications, and adhering to regulatory standards.
• Continuously analyze and optimize packaging processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Implement innovative solutions and best practices to streamline operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting packaging equipment issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and reliability of packaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of packaging processes, equipment configurations, and validation activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations, cGMP guidelines, and relevant industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing setting with 3 years of experience in packaging, preferably in the pharmaceutical/life science industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging equipment and technologies, including case packer, cartoners, vision inspection system, checkweighers, filling machines, labeling systems, blister packaging machines, and serialization solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
