**Custodian**

at PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) Santa Ana, California, United States **Summary:**

Provide custodial service to Collectors Universe facility.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Clean break room counter, tables, chairs and stock utensils paper towels

- Clean and stock restrooms

- Empty all trash containers

- Dust office areas

- Monitor/Reorder cleaning supplies

**Competencies:** To perform the job successfully, each Custodian should demonstrate the following:

- Attention to detail

- Evaluate supplies for timely reordering

**Qualifications:**

- Ability to lift/maneuver up to 50 lbs

- Ability to stand/walk for periods up to 8 hours per day

**Education and/or Experience** Custodial experience preferred but not required.

**Reasoning Ability** Be able to adjust to schedule/requirement changes.

**Physical Demands:**

- Requires walking/standing most of the day

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

- Lift trash bags five (5) feet to place in trash bin

- Considerable bending to empty trash receptacles and vacuum carpet

**Work Environment** Environment is clean, air conditioned
