This position requires a self-driven, well organized Weekend Production Supervisor who can exercise decision making skills and time management with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. This position reports to the Plant Manager. This position supports the company's production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

What you'll do:

Oversee day-to-day production schedules, operational and plant activities.

Ensure that operational processes stay within agreed upon timelines.

Monitors product quality and line performance.

Schedule employees to effectively manage workload and projects.

Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure a positive employee experience.

Conduct and/or recommend training initiatives to enhance employee performance and development.

Recommend and implement process improvements to gain operational efficiencies.

Maintain safe work environment and participate in safety program development.

Ensure product meats customer standards while obtaining fulfillment goals.
