Prysmian is Hiring a SAP Business Analyst (Hybrid-Highland Heights, Ky) Near Highland, KY
- This position is located in Highland Heights, Kentucky and does require 3 working days in the office.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify problems and opportunities for improvement in business operations, and to design and implement SAP business solutions to facilitate the day-to-day operations.
Provide Support And Training
- Lead SAP operation rollouts to the plants
- Provide post rollout support
- Manage daily ticket queue
- Manage work for support team
- Create user and technical documentation for SAP and other operation applications
- Provide training and instructions to end-users
- Manage projects for custom solutions and implementations
- Manage project teams (both internal and external)
- Analyze current process and determine business needs
- Work with global IT to design solutions that fulfill the business needs
- Program and support implementation of customized solutions
- Testing applications to assess their performance and functionality
- 3 years' experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment
- 4-year degree in Business Informatics or related field preferred
- ABAP programming experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
