Prysmian Group is Hiring a Plant Controller (FT) Near Bridgewater, NJ
- As a key member of the local management team, you will be responsible for making decisions with the goal of maximizing business unit and plant profitability
- Assess and communicate the financial impact of discussion points as they arise during meetings
- Manage changing priorities effectively and smoothly
- Communicate financial concepts/information effectively to non-financial personnel
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Measure and report on efficiencies and guide local management
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements that accurately reflect sales, margins, and expenses to measure performance versus plans and objectives
- Planning and budgeting
- Coordinate all financial aspects of the plant and help share best practices
- Consolidate and analyze the result of the business unit
- Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years experience in manufacturing plant accounting and controlling
- Strong Excel and software/systems skills
- Ability to travel occasionally
- SAP knowledge
- Certifications: CPA, CGMA or CMA
