Our Inclusive Solutions team is seeking an individual to provide end-to-end execution of select strategic partner initiatives. The incumbent will support the development and execution of external events and programmatic efforts and report to the VP of Partner Engagement & Integration. The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. What you can expect: Serving as point of contact with partners to manage the end-to-end operational aspects of the portfolio that includes maintaining budgets and planning documents, performing due diligence, obtaining required documentation, contract negotiations, and payments Ensuring records are accurately updated and maintained to confirm compliance with policies and procedures, including but not limited to the budget and planning documents, Apptus contract system, expense systems, Gifts & Entertainment Tracking Database, and document storage drives Providing customer service regarding program deadlines, requirements, program status and general requests/inquiries Providing executive staff support for external engagements including preparation of briefing documents Tracking stated objectives to assess the performance of partnerships/sponsorships. Facilitating communication and coordination with external partners and Inclusive Solutions team members to effectively gather and report data. Providing hands-on event management, traveling to attend engagements as needed. Coordinating collateral development (presentations, fliers, gift bags etc.) Providing support as needed with writing and proofreading marketing copy What you’ll need: 5 years of relevant work experience Past experience working on large-scale events or programs Ability to work effectively and independently under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated relationship management experience Fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfort with Office365 tools including Outlook It’d be a plus if you had: Ability to step back and see the big picture Extremely detail-oriented Prudential welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement. The salary range for this role is from $83,400.00 to $124,100.00.
