Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspection and analysis. Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize various tools and equipment such as micrometers to measure product dimensions
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Fabricate testing samples and perform tests to evaluate product performance
- Maintain accurate documentation of all quality assurance activities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and processes
- Proficiency in conducting quality inspections using tools such as micrometers
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
