ABOUT THE INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION:

We are looking for a qualified life insurance sales representative to meet the needs of our growing clientele base. You will identify what they need and you will work diligently to put their family in the best situation possible. The goal is to formulate strong relationships, ensure growth, and preserve and augment our firm’s prestige in the current marketplace.
INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
• Implementing effective sales strategies to sell insurance
• Building rapport with customers through in person meetings
• Getting accurate details from customers about their current coverage to fully assist them
• Being fully aware of the company’s services, policies, and practices
• Working alongside company policies

INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS ARE:
• Experience within this field or within financial services in general (recommended not required)
• Basic understanding of insurance plans, programs, and policies
• Technologically savvy
• Self motivated and self determined
• Communication skills should be a strong attribute
• Good at building rapport with customers, educating people, and persuading individuals
• High school diploma or BA/BSc degree in Marketing or a related field(recommended not required)
