Job Responsibilities:
- Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
- Assist with restorative therapy for the residents
- Support therapy team to improve quality of life for each resident
- Provide superior care for residents
- Complete residents’ assignments effectively and promptly
- Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them
- Document accurately and completely
