We are looking for a caring reliable individual to care for a home health client in there home, 12 hour shifts 9am-9pm, or 9pm-9am. Weekly pay!!!! $18.00-$20.00 per hour!!
Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with exercises and physical therapy routines
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to adapt to different environments and client needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
