Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Painter. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness on job sites
- Manage and optimize processes to ensure smooth operations and maximize productivity
and supervise a team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify training needs and provide professional development opportunities for staff
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, profit loss analysis, strategic planning, supervising, managing projects, and leadership roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing and/or training other workers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.50 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
