Position Summary

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of ProviderTrust’s license verification system, which delivers primary source verifications, expiring license notifications, and impaired license tracking for our clients. This role is responsible for executing primary source license verifications for healthcare providers across the United States. You will work closely with our License Monitoring Operations Leader to ensure our clients receive on-time and accurate primary source verification results.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality Primary Source Verifications (PSVs) of professional licenses across the healthcare industry
  • Identify and report quality issues detected within state licensing board data
  • Conduct verifications via phone, email, or fax as needed
  • License look-ups in an effort to help our clients fill gaps in their license data
  • Quality auditing
  • Training with other License Verification Specialists to share best practices
  • Other tasks that the team lead may assign essential for operations

Suggested Skills and Experience

  • 2 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven ability to quickly learn, understand, and adopt new technologies & tools
  • Comfortable engaging with various technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrate attention to the smallest of details
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and desire for success
  • Ability to function and thrive in an unstructured environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance is a plus
