We are currently seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team in a remote position.

Position Overview:

As a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor at Provident Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals you serve. Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy to youth, adult, and/or older adult clients

Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling.

What We Offer:

Starting pay is $30.00 an hour with the potential for additional incentives after achieving monthly targets.

This position is eligible for a $2,500 sign on bonus.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds.

Commitment to ethical and responsible counseling practices.
