Responsibilities:

• Supervise third-party managers who record accounting activities including original transaction entries, general ledgers and other accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Prepare and/or review financial statements, cash flows, special accounting reports and compliance items as required.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate, oversee and present financial information for committee meetings.
• Assist with the annual audit process.
• Perform special projects as deemed necessary.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis
• Proficiency in tax planning and compliance
• Experience in corporate finance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation accurately.
• Familiarity with financial auditing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements
