Providence Health Plan is calling a Training Coordinator, Care Management who will:
Look for improvements & efficiency opportunities within operations in one or more of the areas of training education and compliance
Develop and deliver technical and soft skill training
Conduct auditing as assigned
Provide feedback on performance to leaders
Be responsible for revision and maintenance of Operations documentation and reference materials
Coordinate the writing, editing, production and publishing of documentation with all electronic interfaces
We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States / Regions:
Oregon
Washington
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and 4-6 years of relevant experience
2 years relevant health insurance operations knowledge and experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree Qualification specific to Care Management Departments
Work experience as an education, training or quality specialist working within one of the following internal Providence Health Plan Teams: ASO, Commercial, Public Programs (PP)
Instructional Design technique is a plus
Experience training adult learners
Health Insurance Experience
