Up to $7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Surgical Technician - Surgery General MSLA at St. Patrick Hospital-Broadway Bldg. -Missoula, Montana

The primary duties of the Surgical Technician include: being prepared for and knowledgeable of the surgical procedure to be performed, setting up and maintaining a sterile field, assists surgeon as necessary, assists circulating nurse and other members of the surgical team, maintains familiarity, function and proper care of all OR equipment and instruments. The Surgical Technician initiates responsibility for care of specimens and performs other related duties as assigned.

Shift: Average 32 hours per week, Variable shift, Part-time position.

Required qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Surgical Tech program.
  • Upon hire: National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1-year Operating Room experience.
