Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in supply chain services and systems in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to Texas. REH's objective is to ensure our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, is enhanced along with the overall patient care experience (know me, care for me, ease my way) by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise.
Providence is calling a Supply Chain Analyst, EDI who will:
Lead EDI and ERP lifecycle in partnership with Business Partners and GHX
Conduct user acceptance testing of EDI and ERP for enhancements and bugs
Support data analytics for daily, monthly, and annual operating metrics and dashboards
Demonstrate the ability to analyze and comprehend large amounts of data
Create basic to complex reports, charts, and graphs from various sources of information
Effectively facilitate discussions with various different levels of leadership
Leverage data mining tools and techniques
Build reporting tools, including regularly scheduled KPIs
Perform all duties in a manner that promotes the Providence mission, values, and philosophy
Serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization

Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, Applied Mathematics, Applied Analytics, Finance or another related discipline
2 years Analytics and reporting
1 years of advanced data collection and analysis
Experience in a role involving supply chain or pharmacy issues
Experience in data modeling, manipulation, management, and mining
Experience using EPIC and Meditech Data Knowledge
Experience with value-added reporting utilizing Excel, Access, SQL, Hyperion, or other reporting tools
Experience may be gained concurrently
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
3 years of experience working with EDI in a complex IDN organization
3 years of experience working with a cloud based ERP system
2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion
Healthcare background and or supply chain experience
