Providence Health Plan is calling a Membership Accounting Analyst, Ayin who will:

  • Manage assigned aspects of systems, implementations, audits, software upgrades, database and related operational workflow analysis / discussions for Membership Accounting

  • Serves as expert on system/software capabilities related to Membership Accounting, including CIM, Report Server, vendor systems and others as needed

  • Test new configurations, evaluates proposed policy change impacts, reviews unused subsystems, and previews new system releases to ensure operational excellence for Ayin

  • Assist with running database queries for Medicare and Medicaid reporting, work analysis, performance feedback and ad hoc data requests

  • Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all CIM subsystems

  • Execute the necessary investigation, analysis and evaluation to determine project feasibility

  • Develop project cost and benefit estimates to establish project worth

We welcome 100% remote work for residents who live in the State of Oregon or Clark County in Washington State.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years’ experience in a related technical field -OR- Associate's Degree and 6 years' experience in a related technical field -OR- a HS Diploma / GED and 8 years industry related IT or medical insurance industry experience

  • 2 years' experience working with relational databases, access, data integrity, ad hoc reporting and workflow analysis tools

  • 2 years' experience in the health insurance industry

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years' experience with SQL
