Manager Planning and Design *Hybrid*

This Manager Planning & Design will be responsible for the pre-planning and design phases of all capital projects in their assigned division. This role will manage projects in their division from conception through design development and will then support the construction team from construction documents through occupancy. This will be a highly visible role that will work closely with other platforms within RESO", including construction, environmental stewardship, operations, and finance; along with Divisional Leadership. Specifically, this role will effectively partner with the Strategy & Business Development teams to plan for and realize the built environment needs to successfully advance the divisions strategic initiatives. This position works hybrid and will be expected to drive to nearly locations to work onsite for meetings as needed.

Required qualification:

• Master's Degree in Architecture, Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

• 6 years Healthcare field with focus on architecture, design," or master planning.

• 4 years Management or applicable leadership experience.
