Manager Integrated Absence Management STD \Remote. Most states eligible\

The ADM Manager-Leave and Disability manages a staff of Leave and Disability team leads and case managers who adjudicate and administer an integrated leave and disability program inclusive of organizational and state family & medical leave plans. The Manager is a subject matter expert for both internal and external business partners, and provides both guidance and intervention as necessary regarding leave administration. This role also coordinates all cases in compliance with Federal, State and other employment laws that are applicable. The Manager is responsible for team performance and meeting operational standards for the management of both routine and complex leave and disability cases.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 6 years Leave, Disability and Accommodation experience.
• 4 years Previous management or applicable leadership experience in healthcare or related industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years Experience working with large-scale employers (50K or more employees)
