Lead Barista at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center (Full-time, Variable Schedule).

Lead supports and contributes to creating and maintaining the Starbucks Experience for customers by assisting the store supervisor in executing store operations, ensuring quality customer service, through shift operations and tasks. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks and Providence Starbucks Group (PSG) guiding principles. Ensures that customers receive prompt service, quality beverages, and products. Maintains a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable store environment. Communicates and ensures achievement of daily goals with store staff to meet or exceed targets.

Required qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED General
• Upon hire: National Food Handlers Permit/Card - State, County, City Authority
• 2 years Extensive retail and food service experience and front-line service operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Food, Nutrition Services, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Food Service Technical Certification
