The Community Services Coordinator - Wellness Center is responsible for day to day operations at the Providence Wellness and Activity Center including the planning, implementation, and coordination of programs and services; managing volunteers; and maintenance of the facility.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Community Health, Public Health, Health Education, Sociology, Social Work, Public Administration or other related field.

• upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

• 2 years Work or volunteer experience in an organization which serves the needs of underserved population.
