Providence is Hiring a Clinical Liaison Near Santa Rosa, CA

Description

The Clinical Liaison position is responsible for creating and maintaining positive customer relationships in order to increase referrals for Home Health, Hospice, Home Infusion, PACE, Transitional Care Unit and other services within assigned accounts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education sufficient for discipline, and associated licensure where applicable. Or
  • upon hire: Current state professional license or certification appropriate to discipline.
  • Bachelor's Degree Social Work.
  • 3 years Experience in clinical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Social Work.
  • Master's Degree Social Work.
  • Bachelor's Degree Applicable clinical discipline (e.g., Respiratory Therapy).
  • Liaison, marketing or sales experience.
  • Health care industry experience.
  • Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience.
  • Epic EMR experience.
