Clerical Assistant - Billing Office (280869)

Schedule: FTE 1.0, Day - 8 hr shifts M-F there are a couple of shift options: 7:00-3:30pm, or 8-4:30pm.

Note: 100% remote-only open to candidates living in WA state

The primary responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to, opening, reviewing and scanning amil; accurate sorting, identifying, prioritizing, and indexing all incoming documents and correspondence, preparation of outgoing mail for pick-up. Scanning will include identifying the source and type of document, and appropriately assigning these documents to the correct patient account in Epic using the correct statuses. The position will have access to confidential information regarding patient health and financial status, as well as SHS audits requests and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• One year: Experience in a large volume mail center.
