Providence Health Plan is calling a Claims Specialist: CRU who will:

  • Serve as a member of the claims reprocessing unit within claims support where you will process and reprocess claims for Providence Health Plan

  • Assist customers with superior claims service to support Health Plans Operations

  • Be responsible for addressing incoming CSI and claims inquiries and resolve incoming claims discrepancies/issues for members, providers, provider relations, and employers

We welcome 100% remote work for residents who live in the State of Oregon and Clark County in Washington State.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Claims processing experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service and/or claims, accounting
