Providence is Hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Near Olympia, WA

Description

This position at the direction of an Occupational Therapist is responsible for the occupational therapy treatment to patients, inservice education and assisting the Occupational Therapist. The position is also responsible for communication with patients, physicians, nurses and other personnel regarding patient care, for operating occupational therapy equipment, and performing assistance in projects and duties with the department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant Program, usually an associate's degree.
  • Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
